If the Playbook is not worth what you paid, email us within 60 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not have to explain why, and we will not try to talk you out of it.
Email suporteselos@gmail.com from the address you used to buy, and include your order number if you have it. That is the whole process.
We action refunds within 1 business day of receiving your email. Once processed, the money typically appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
The same 60-day policy applies to every add-on offered after checkout, individually. Refunding one does not affect the others.
You keep the files. We do not revoke access to material you have already read — asking for your money back is not something we penalise.
